This study aims to analyze the practice of human resource management policies that are Muslim who work in privately owned enterprises in the North Sumatra region. This research is a field research using a qualitative method. In the practice of managing human resource performance policies, companies should be able to pay more attention to the philosophy of understanding and religious values in their application so that they do not intersect with the beliefs and needs of their HR worship.
