Nutrition knowledge and food intake can affect nutritional status. Most university students who live alone had inadequate daily intake and irregular eating pattern. They have authority to pick their own food choices, and the lacks of nutrition knowledge can lead to unhealthy food choices. Those habits are inclined to underweight.
