A healthy diet and adequate nutrition are essential during pre-school age to ensure children achieve their full potential growth and healthy development. Hence, providing inappropriate diet and nutrients can cause nutritional problems in children, such as overweight and obesity. This program aims to increase the knowledge of mothers/caregivers regarding Balanced Nutrition Guidelines for children and to enhance school awareness towards monitoring of children's nutritional status.
