El pensamiento humano en la ciencia del derecho

In this research with the help of Neuroscience, Physiology, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, thought was analyzed as movement, creation or product of brain neurons, which allows differentiating Law from legal sciences and the institutions with which they interrelate, as a product of an individual thought of each human being. The objective was to define and structure the levels and dimensions of human thought for the science of law and legal sciences, throughout the history of humanity. The scientific method was applied as the main method and the hermeneutical interpretation as a technique, in order to focus linguistics on the technical use of the object of study and its significance in law, legal sciences and legal-constitutional institutions. It was concluded that thought is a spatio-temporal movement of the brain neurons of living beings, it materializes as a human system, depending on the processes of hominization and humanization of man, in nature, in society, at work in direct relationship with the cosmos. We report the bibliography that served us as a basis.En la presente investigación con auxilio de la Neurociencia, Fisiología, Bioquímica y Biología molecular, se analizó el pensamiento como movimiento, creación o producto de las neuronas cerebrales, que permite diferenciar al derecho de las ciencias jurídicas y las instituciones con las que se interrelacionan, como producto de un pensamiento individual de cada ser humano. El objetivo fue definir y estructurar los niveles y dimensiones del pensamiento humano para la ciencia del derecho y ciencias jurídicas, a través de la historia de la humanidad. Se aplicó como método principal el método científico y como técnica la interpretación hermenéutica, a fin de centrar la lingüística en el uso técnico del objeto de estudio y su trascendencia en derecho, ciencias jurídicas e instituciones jurídico-constitucionales. Se concluyó que el pensamiento es un movimiento espacio-temporal de las neuronas cerebrales de los seres vivientes, se materializa como sistema humano en función de los procesos de hominización y humanización del hombre, en la naturaleza, en la sociedad, en el trabajo en relación directa con el cosmos.
