Dental Entrepreneurship in the Context of the European Common Market

The organization of activities for dental health services is carried out with the consistent implementation of many requirements prescribed by legal norms of our national legislation, as well as rules prescribed by European legal acts. The article analyzes the ways for cross-border relocation of dental practice in the territory of another Member State. The types of dental health facilities are also analyzed, as a type of entrepreneurial activity in the current market conditions of the current economic environment. The main types of legal organizational forms that are available for the activity of the dentist as an independent economic unit are considered. The organization of dental practice in market conditions and the operation of norms arising from the European integration of our country in the European Economic Area have been studied
