Employees’ dedication plays a crucial role for organization’s success. Variables such as perceived organization support, psychological capital and tenure of employment can significantly contribute employees’ dedication level. This study, therefore, would like to identify the impact of perceived organization support on employees’ dedication. In addition, it also examines the mediating effect of psychological capital and the moderating role of organization tenure on the relationship between perceived organization support and employees’ dedication among the bank employees in Bangladesh.
