Objectives: Bell's palsy is a peripheral palsy of the facial nerve. In this study, the relationship between nerve conduction study and facial grading scale was determine to regard the validity and reliability of facial grading scale to nerve conduction study in assessment of patients with Bell's palsy. Patients and methods: This study included 30 patients of both sex. All patients assessed by facial grading scale and nerve conduction study in which amplitude and latency recorded from frontalis at both sides.Resuts: There was a correlation between facial grading scale and nerve conduction study. Conclution: Facial grading scale is valid and reliable regarding to nerve conduction study in assessment patients with Bell's palsy
