Humans are the important source of goals of organization in world. In an organization, human resources should be driven prior to the directions and goals of particular organization. Psychological capital is studied to be beneficial for human resource management as it is linked to enhance various factors among employees. This papers offers an insight on the relationship of psychological capital among employees with work-life and ethical work climate. For this, sample size of 514 working people were obtained through self-reported questionnaires. The researcher found significant results from the study.
