The research objectives: to analyze whether leadership style, organizational culture and motivation have a direct effect on job satisfaction. This research was conducted on ASN within the scope of the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) at the Jeneponto Regency Regional Government. The results of this study indicate that: (1) leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on ASN job satisfaction. (2) leadership style has no significant positive effect on ASN performance, while organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on ASN performance.
