Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Jeneponto

The research objectives: to analyze whether leadership style, organizational culture and motivation have a direct effect on job satisfaction. This research was conducted on ASN within the scope of the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) at the Jeneponto Regency Regional Government. The results of this study indicate that: (1) leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on ASN job satisfaction. (2) leadership style has no significant positive effect on ASN performance, while organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on ASN performance. (3) leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation indirectly have a positive and significant impact on performance through ASN job satisfaction. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis apakah gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kepusan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap ASN dalam lingkup Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) Pada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Jeneponto.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja ASN. (2) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN, sedangkan budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN. (3) gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja secara tidak langsungberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja ASN. &nbsp
