This research was built to show the various legislative aspects of protecting juveniles, and the legal purposes resulting from it, and it was as follows:مقدمة البحث: لقد جاء التشريع الإسلامي ليعالج جميع المراحل التي يمر بها المكلفون من جهتين، الأولى: من حيث الحماية بكل أنواعها والتي تتناسب مع المراحل العمرية المختلفة للمكلفين، وأما الثانية: فمن حيث التشريع الذي يتناسب وينسجم مع تلك المراحل حيث شرعت الأحكام التي في مقدور المكلفين طبقاً للإمكانات الجسدية، والعقلية، والنفسية، وهذا يعكس فلسفة الإسلام في حماية الأحداث والاعتناء بهم. أهمية البحث: لقد أولت الشريعة الإسلامية لحماية الأحداث اهتماماً كبيراً؛ لأن تلك المرحلة هي أساس لابد وأن يمر به كل المكلفين، كما أن لها دور كبير في تحديد ملامح سلوكه المستقبلي؛ من هنا تناول التشريعي تلك المرحلة بدقة بالغة؛ وقد بُنِيَ هذا البحث ليظهر الجوانب التشريعية المختلفة لحماية الأحداث، والمقاصد الشرعية المترتبة عليه، وكان على النحو التالي
