This research is entitled: Problems of Teaching Arabic Language at the Primary School in Somalia, Their Reasons and Solutions, "Marko City as Model" The aim of the research is to discover the reality of teaching Arabic language in the elementary stage in the city of Marko, to detect the problems that led to the poor level of pupils in the Arabic language subject for elementary schools in the city of Marko, to present proposals and solutions to the problems of teaching Arabic at the elementary stage in the city of Marko. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical method, and he used the questionnaire as a tool to collect information and data. Among the results of the researcher is that the reality of teaching Arabic at the elementary level in the city of Marko indicates the low level of students in the Arabic language. And the problems that led to the poor level of students in the Arabic language syllabus for primary schools in the city of Marko are problems related to the school, the pupil and the teacher. And that the proposals and solutions to the problems of teaching Arabic language in primary stage in the city of Marko which are important to remove the obstacles that exist in teaching Arabic, training Arabic language teachers to teach Arabic to non-native speakers, And the provision of a sufficient number of teachers of Arabic language in each school
