The study deals with the impact of South Sudanese refugees on health services in Jabal Awliya locality, and the locality suffers from the problem of the number of refugees that affects and weakens the health services provided by the competent authorities, and the increase in the population growth in the locality and the great urban expansion witnessed by the capital has negatively affected the health services in the locality, and the main goal From the study to find out the effects that led to this and to develop solutions and proposals in line with the existing health situation to face the increasing number of refugees, and to find out about the existing health services in the Jabal Awliya locality and their ability to accommodate the local population and the number of refugees, and compare that with the existing health services. The study showed that the refugees in the camps suffer from a poor health condition due to the limited health services provided by the Refugee Commission and civil society organizations, as well as that there is an increase in the number of refugees in the locality that affected the health services in the region, and the study also found that the health services in the locality are insufficient for the host community and basic health infrastructure services do not conform to standards. The study strongly recommends that the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) review health care in the camps inside Sudan, taking into account the fragile health situation inside the Jabal Awliya camps, and the need to integrate political and humanitarian efforts in cooperation with the international community to find appropriate radical solutions to the refugee problems in neighbouring countries to limit the flow of refugees to Sudan and the provision of the necessary funding by international and regional organizations to help Sudan face the challenges posed by asylum, which are represented in services
