Analysis of the COVID-19 confinement experience from the heart of the pandemic

Esta investigación de carácter exploratorio pretende averiguar y analizar las necesidades que presenta actualmente la sociedad cuando se enfrentan a una situación tan complicada de enfermedad. Nos referimos concretamente al periodo de pandemia y confinamiento estricto, tiempo durante el cual se vieron tan limitados todos los aspectos de nuestras vidas. Objetivo. En un mundo donde el miedo monologa y la esperanza dialoga, este proyecto pretende sumergirse en los sentimientos de las personas con el fin último de conocer las diferentes habilidades de afrontamiento que han desarrollado y ver su evolución antes, durante y en el posconfinamiento. Se trata de un análisis de cómo el entorno, la situación personal y otros factores, tanto intrínsecos como extrínsecos, pueden afectar de una forma directa a la calidad de vida de las personas y su salud.This exploratory research seeks to find out and analyze the current needs that society presents when facing a situation of disease, but above all a period of pandemic and strict lockdown, in which their lives are limited. Objective. In a world where fear monologues and hope dialogues, this project aims to immerse oneself in people’s feelings with the ultimate aim of knowing the different confronting skills that the interviewees have developed and seeing their evolution before, during and after lockdown.
