This article reports on a study that incorporates pedagogical strategies based on systematization, understood as a learning methodology from practice, in the professional training of students of the Design and Project Draftsman careers at the University of Playa Ancha, Valparaíso; experience conducive to the preparation of records as a fundamental supply for the valuation and dissemination of the local architectural heritage.
