Jóvenes, transiciones y el fin de las certidumbres

The article will attempt to analyzes the “youth” in transition process, in the sense of a political, economic and cultural moments of the current world as the youth itself as a “transition moment” and it attempts an approach at the space and the perspectives of the current juvenile movements. Keeping in mind the general framework in which the life of the youths currently develops, the work carries out an approach to the concept of “youth”, its origin and development. It begins with the idea that the youth is not a “transition” between the childhood and mature life, but a moment “itself.” The challenge only consists of re-thinking the youth not only associating it to the ideas of change, proposals and renovation, but as a moment itself, with illusions and self expectations, in all its plurality to elaborate identity alternative in front of the current globalizing model.El artículo analiza a la “juventud” en proceso de transición, tanto en el sentido de los momentos político, económico y cultural del mundo actual como la juventud misma como un “momento de transición”; e intenta una aproximación al espacio y a las perspectivas de los movimientos juveniles en la actualidad. Teniendo en cuenta el marco general en el que se desarrolla la vida de los y las jóvenes actualmente, el trabajo realiza una aproximación al concepto de “juventud”, a su origen y desarrollo. Parte de la idea de que la juventud no es una “transición” entre la niñez y la vida adulta, sino un momento “en sí”. El desafío consiste en repensar a la juventud no sólo asociándola a las ideas de cambio, propuestas y renovación, sino como un mismo momento, con ilusiones y expectativas propias, en toda su pluralidad para elaborar alternativas identitarias frente al actual modeloglobalizante
