The aim of the research is to analyze the experience of the millennial generation tourist tijuanense in the use of technologies during the planning and stay on tourist destinations visited. Methodology, based on 95% confidence and 5% admitted error, a questionnaire was applied to 385 individuals of millennial population residing in the city of Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, who made at least five trips outside the State of Baja California in 2019. A descriptive analysis of data was carried out, multiple linear regression was applied to identify the relationship that the use of technological services and Internet apps used during the trip has with the experience obtained by this segment of the population, thus factor analysis was used to ...
