This research was conducted to study employee commitment to organizational change in Malaysia service industry with organization culture as the moderator. The main objective for this research is to develop a better understanding on the five factors that influences employee's change commitment. A total of 190 questionnaires were collected from service industry throughout Malaysia by using non-probability sampling. In this research, Smart PLS 3 was used for data analysis of confirmatory factor analysis and Partial-Least Square regression. The findings of the result showed that role autonomy is positively related to affective and normative commitment to change.
