Career choice is an important process that an individual has to make in their life. Choosing the right career will increase one’s job satisfaction. However, wrong career choice will lead to work fatigue, regret, discomfort, complaints and eventually quitting work. The purpose of this study is to investigate the job related factors and organizational factor with career choice among employees. The independent variables are job related factors (salary and benefits, work preferences) and organizational factor (career advancement opportunities). The dependent variable is career choice.
