On the basis of understanding the geological characteristics of low permeability oil fields with scattered sand bodies, this paper studies the water injection policy, response characteristics and the oil fields entering the middle water cut stage since the production. Affected by the scattered underground sand bodies, it is exposed to the influence of low water flooding control degree and less water flooding direction. After water breakthrough, it is difficult to adjust the water well scheme and the formation pressure level is low.
