As a result of the experimental studies, results were obtained on the variability of the traits of seed productivity of the narrow-local endemic of Dagestan – Allium charadzeae under various conditions along the altitude gradient. Analysis of the data obtained revealed significant differences in the indicators of seed productivity of individuals. The actual seed productivity is significantly inferior to the potential, which indicates a low degree of realization of the potential for seed formation in mountainous conditions.
