Introduction: The polio vaccine is one of the vaccinations required for all children by the government of Indonesia. However, polio vaccination coverage has not yet reached its maximum. This study aimed to analyze the coverage and factors associated with complete polio vaccination among Indonesian children aged 0–18 months. Methods: A cross-sectional design used observation data drawn from the Demographic and Health Survey 2017. A total of 5378 respondents were obtained through the two-stage stratified cluster sampling technique. The questionnaire included DHS Questionnaire Phase 7.
