This thesis is based on the service of shared electric scooters as an alternative mode of transport in the context of assessing the Prague infrastructure. The goal of the thesis is to analyse the infrastructure of Prague in the context of its readiness, respectively unreadiness to accommodate shared electric scooters while providing a proposal of proven public space solution (sidewalks and roads) for the efficient operation of this alternative mode of transport. The Prague infrastructure is analyzed from the perspective of both regular users of shared electric scooter services and public, which lacks regular experience with shared electric scooters in Prague.
