Creating a proposal to improve the quality management system in order to obtain certification according to ČSN EN ISO 9001

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of quality management system from the point of view of ISO 9001. The aim of the thesis is to create a clear basis for revision of theoretical and practical knowledge in implementing the principles of quality management system according to ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2015 in a particular manufacturing company. The work first focuses on the analysis of the standard itself and its anchoring in the literature. Subsequently, it analyses the selected company in terms of meeting the requirements of the standard, creating the basis for compilation of specific recommendations or proposals that should help the company in the subsequent certification by the examined standard.Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou systému řízení kvality z pohledu ISO 9001. Cílem práce je vytvoření přehledného podkladu pro revizi teoretických a praktických poznatků při zavádění principů systému managementu kvality dle normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2015 v konkrétním výrobním podniku. Práce se nej-prve zaměřuje na analýzu samotné normy a její ukotvení v literatuře. Následně analyzuje vybraný podnik z pohledu plnění požadavků normy a jsou sestavena konkrétní doporučení či návrhy, které společnosti mají napomoci při následné certifikaci zkoumanou normou
