Advertising, representation, sponsorship and donations from an accounting, tax and legal perspective

This bachelor thesis deals with the concepts of advertising, representation, sponsorship and donations, analyses and compares them from an accounting, tax and legal perspective, which is also the aim of the thesis. This objective of the thesis has been fulfilled by the individual chapters in the theoretical part, where the first chapter deals with general remarks on the concepts in terms of their operation in the legal environment outside accounting and taxation, the other two chapters deal with their accounting representation and tax implications. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with evidence in tax proceedings, as the practical part discusses two decisions of the Supreme Administrative Court that are related to the topic of the thesis. It shows that these decisions are mainly based on the issue of evidence in tax proceedings, thus further deepening the knowledge from the last chapter of the theoretical part.Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pojmy reklama, reprezentace, sponzoring a dary, analyzuje je a komparuje z účetního, daňového a právního pohledu, což je také cílem práce. Tento cíl práce se povedlo naplnit jednotlivými kapitoly v teoretické části, kdy první kapitola pojednává o obecných poznámkách k daným pojmům z hlediska jejich působení v právním prostředí mimo účetnictví a daně, další dvě kapitoly pojednávají o jejich účetním zobrazení a daňových důsledcích. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zabývá dokazováním v daňovém řízení, protože praktická část rozebírá dvě rozhodnutí Nejvyššího správního soudu, která se vztahují k tématu práce. Z těch vyplývá, že daná rozhodnutí stojí především na problematice dokazování v daňovém řízení, tudíž ještě více prohlubují poznatky z poslední kapitoly teoretické části
