The aim of this work is to determine the use of digital recruitment in the Czech Republic, describe its development and trends, and to compare digital and traditional recruitment processes. Both the primary and secondary research are used to reach these goals. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on literary research in the field of HR and recruitment, including its history, resources, differences, and future expectations. The practical part of the work uses quantitative research methods using a questionnaire survey and asks respondents about their experiences, preferences, and attitudes towards digital recruitment.
