Corporate Governance in Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of corporate governance in the Czech Republic, or administration and control of a company. It deals with relations inside and outside the company. Above all, it is necessary to control the management. The aim of this work is to analyze the current state of corporate governance in Moneta Money Bank, a. s. The primary object of the research is the ownership and organizational structure, theories and models used in the company and key indicators showing the quality of administration. It follows mainly from professional literature and documents published by the bank. In the end, the efficiency and effectiveness of the applied system will be evaluated and recommendations for the company will be proposed.Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou corporate governance v České republice neboli správou a řízení společností. Zabývá se vztahy uvnitř i vně společnosti. Především je nutná kontrola managementu vlastníky. Cílem této práce je analyzovat současný stav corporate governance v Monetě Money Bank, a. s. Předmětem zkoumání je vlastnická a organizační struktura, teorie a modely využívané ve společnosti a klíčové ukazatele vykazující kvalitu správy. Vychází se především z odborné literatury a z dokumentů zveřejněné bankou. V závěru se vyhodnotí účinnost a efektivita uplatňovaného systému a navrhnou se doporučení pro společnost
