The diploma thesis is focused on the purchasing decision process of female consumers of hair cosmetics in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part of the thesis this process is mapped on the basis of the literature, then the market of hair cosmetics within the Czech Republic is examined on the theoretical side, similarly with the current trends on this market. In the practical part of the thesis, firstly, the framework background of the relationship to hair cosmetics among consumers in the Czech Republic is presented. Subsequently, the primary research is linked to these outputs, the output of which is the segmentation of this category.
