Accounting and budgeting aspects of self-governing units' final accounts

This bachelor thesis is concerned with the aspects of financial and budgeting reporting of regional self-governing units within the public sector. The theoretical part comprises specification of the self-governing units’ role within the public sector and financial and budgeting requirements connected with their financial management. The theoretical part is followed by an analysis of the selected self-governing unit’s final account, whose goal is to verify the comprehensibility of the final account for ordinary external users.Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na účetní a rozpočtové výkaznictví územně samosprávných celků. Obsahem teoretické části práce je vymezení územně samosprávných celků v rámci veřejného sektoru a požadavků na účetní a rozpočtové výkaznictví spojené s jejich hospodařením. Na teoretickou část navazuje analýza závěrečného účtu vybraného územně samosprávného celku, jejímž cílem je prověřit vypovídací schopnost výkazu pro běžné externí uživatele
