Economic aspects of organizing music events in monuments objects - festival in Třemšín castle

The presented bachelor thesis deals with the organization of musical events in the environment of cultural monuments. The main goal of this work is to identify the factors of sustainability of a cultural monument in which musical events are held. The main part of the work presents positive and negative externalities and at the same time the work focuses on the analysis of the operation of cultural objects. The work monitors the economic and cultural aspects of musical events in connection with cultural monuments. The practical part of the work finds possible symbioses of cultural monuments and music festival. Within the processing and interpretation of data from controlled in-depth interviews, conclusions are drawn, which will be transferred to the practical level of organizing the music festival REPETE.Předkládaná bakalářská práce pojednává o pořádání hudebních akcí v prostředí kulturních památek. Hlavním cílem práce je identifikace faktorů udržitelnosti kulturní památky, ve kterých jsou pořádány hudební akce. Hlavní část práce představuje pozitivní a negativní externality a zároveň se práce zaměřuje na analýzu provozu kulturních objektů. Práce sleduje ekonomické a kulturní aspekty hudebních akcí v souvislosti s památkovými objekty. Praktická část práce nachází možné symbiózy kulturní památky a hudebního festivalu. V rámci zpracování a výkladu dat z řízených hloubkových rozhovorů jsou vyvozeny závěry, které budou převedeny do praktické roviny pořádání hudebního festivalu REPETE
