The Impact of Covid-19 Pandemic on Irregular Bus Transport

The bachelor thesis deals with the impacts of Covid-19 pandemic on irregular bus transport. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts associated with irregular bus transport, as well as information about the Covid-19 pandemic and the Association of irregular bus transport. It uses quantitative research to get answers to research questions. The aim of this work is to identify what changes happened in the field of sales of goods and services in 2019 and 2020. Furthermore, the work focuses on the effect of the pandemic on employment in irregular bus transport. Finally, changes in companies' fleets as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic are being determined.Bakalářská práce se zabývá dopady pandemie Covid-19 na podnikatelské prostředí nepravidelné autobusové dopravy. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy spojené s nepravidelnou autobusovou dopravou, dále uvádí informace o pandemii Covid-19 a o Asociaci nepravidelné autobusové dopravy. K získání odpovědí na výzkumné otázky využívá kvantitativní výzkum. Cílem práce je zjistit, k jakým změnám došlo v oblasti tržeb za prodané zboží a služby v letech 2019 a 2020. Dále se práce soustředí na vliv pandemie na zaměstnanost v zájezdové dopravě. V neposlední řadě jsou zjišťovány změny v rámci vozových parků společností, ke kterým došlo v důsledku pandemie Covid-19
