DIY publications: from samizdat to zines

Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit význam zinu v současnosti, motivaci jeho tvůrce a popsat výhody a překážky spojené s jeho tvorbou. Práce zkoumá, zda se dá považovat zin za moderní podobu samizdatu. V práci je popsán jeho čtenář, tvůrce a další spojené s tématem aspekty, jako je motivace tvůrců, nekomerčnost, distribuce a vliv tvorby zinu na jeho autora.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out the importance of zine in the present, the motivation of its creator and to describe the advantages and obstacles associated with its creation. The work explores whether soviet samizdat morphed into a modern zine. It also describes its reader, creator and others related to aspects of the topics, such as motivation, non-commerciality, distribution and the impact of zine making on its author
