The purpose of this thesis is the research umbrella brand model and the possibility of its application in the current Czech art market, especially in commercial galleries. The thesis studies the umbrella brand concept in general and also focuses on its influence on cultural organizations. The thesis contains a terminological dictionary, which serves for a better understanding of the topic, and three parts. The theoretical part includes information about branding in general, the concept of umbrella branding in other fields, and specifically about the usage of this model in the cultural and creative industries.
