시뮬레이션 기반 PC 생산공장 자재 배치 최적화 방법론:컨테이너 터미널 야드 템플릿 전략을 기반으로

학위논문(석사) -- 서울대학교대학원 : 공과대학 건축학과, 2022.2. 박문서.The PC method, which is one of the OSC constructions, is large and bulky unlike general materials, so it requires a lot of equipment, space, and time to transport, store, and ship in the factory. Optimization of storage arrangement is important issue because inefficient equipment utilization planning and storage space allocation methods have a negative impact on production and shipment time and efficiency of storage equipemnt aswell as overall plant operating costs. The purpose of this study was to develop a defines the concept of zone, a concept for spatial division in the yard. This study uses the discrete event simulation to deal with the process and Agent-based Model(ABM) to deal with such as interaction between the zones and equipments. As a result, it was confirmed that there was a time reduction of about 10% of the total work processing time when zone concept is applied.OSC 건축 중 하나인 PC 공법의 부재는 일반 자재와 달리 크기가 크고 부피가 무겁기 때문에, 공장 내 운반, 야적, 출하에 많은 장비와 공간, 시간이 필요하다. 비효율적인 장비활용 계획 및 야적공간 할당 방법은 생산출하 소요시간과 야적 장비의 효율성 뿐만 아니라 전체 공장 운영비용에 부정적인 영향을 미치기 때문에 야적배치 최적화는 중요하다. PC 부재 야적과 유사도가 높은 물류 및 컨테이너 터미널 분야에서는 저장위치 할당문제에 대해서 템플릿 개념을 사용한다는 점에서 그 효과들에 대해 이미 많은 연구를 진행해 왔다. 하지만 건설분야의 야적최적화에서는 구획 개념에 대해 정의조차 되고 있지 않기 때문에 부재를 배치하는 계획을 하는데 있어서, 기준이 될 수 있는 계층들을 고려한 최적화를 수행하는데 한계가 있다. 또한, 기존의 연구들에서는 야적 배치 프로세스를 정형화된 프로세스로 간주하고 생산되고 출하되는 과정에서의 부재 위치의 최적화만을 고려하고 있기 때문에, 양중 장비인 겐트리 크레인의 간섭상황, 상하차포인트에서의 운송 트럭의 겹침 상황 등까지 고려한 최적화를 수행하기 힘들다. 이러한 기존 연구들의 한계를 극복하기 위해 본 연구에서는 우선 야적장에서의 공간 구획에 대한 개념인 Zone 개념을 정의하고, 정형화된 프로세스를 다루기 위해 이산사건 시뮬레이션 모델링 방법론을 사용하고, 또한 그 외에 일어날 수 있는 행위자들 간의 상호작용과 같은 상황들에 대해서 모델링하기 위해서 행위자 기반 모형을 함께 사용하여 시뮬레이션 최적화 모델을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서는 실제 PC 생산공장을 사례로 현장에서 활용되는 생산데이터와 출하데이터를 통해 그 유효성을 검증하였다. 그 결과 공간 구획 개념인 Zone을 적용하였을 때, 전체 작업 처리시간 약 20% 정도의 시간 단축이 있는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 공장 운영 과정 어느 부분에서 딜레이가 주로 발생하는지를 확인할 수 있었고, Zone의 크기 변경 및 Parameter 값들의 변동 적용을 통해서 어떤 Parameter가 결과값에 영향을 크게 미칠 수 있는지에 대한 Sensitivity analysis를 수행하였다.Chapter 1.
