In 2018, an electron-phonon coupling of a high-temperature superconductor, Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ, was investigated using the angle resolved photoemission spectroscopy, and it observed that B1g buckling phonon plays a role in increasing superconducting transition temperature (Tc). Furthermore, substantial electron-phonon coupling of A1g in-phase phonon mode was observed by using time-resolved angle resolved photoemission spectroscopy in 2019.
