Arbuscular mycorrhizae and growth enhancement of micropropagated Prunus rootstock in different soilless potting mixes

Kahden turvepohjaisen kasvualustan soveltuvuutta mykorritsasienten siirrostuksiin tutkittiin luumun perusrunkokloonilla GF677 (Prunus persica x Prunus ainvgdalus). Tutkittavana oli neljä mykorritsasientä: Glomus mosseae, G. intraradices, G. sp. (E3) ja Acaulospora laevis. Four fungi were assayed: Glomus mosseae, Glomus intraradices, Glomus sp (E3) and Acaulospora laevis.
