The evaluation project employed quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. ST3 GPRs were invited to participate in a focus group in order to provide experiential and evaluative data on the use of PDSA cycles, process maps, redesign and Run/SPC charts in practice and the usefulness of an educational intervention teaching these methods for General Practice and as a method to aid quality improvement in their healthcare environment.
