新福祉社会論へのアプローチ (1) ソーシャルワーカーとしてのアイデンティティ形成におけるフィールドワークの役割

The purpose of this study is to examine what sort of practices in the class should be erective in order for the students majoring social welfare to form the identity as a social worker and to clarify present issues. Generally, the students clearly develop their identity as a social worker while they are training in actual institutions. When the students did not have a certain level of identity as a social worker prior to practicing outside of school, the training would not only function ineffectively but they might misunderstand the meaning of social work.When I adopted handicap experiences during the class, the students seem to have understood the feelings involved. Thus, by examining and analyzing the handicap experiences in the fieldwork, necessary elements for constructing the identity can be extracted, some of which will be applied to the formation of identity in the class. Then, I would like to explore more erective lectures, based on the extracted components
