UPAYA MENINGKATKAN GERAK DASAR PUKULAN FOREHAND DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN ALAT MODIFIKASI BOLA BANYAK TENIS MEJA SD

The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of basic forehand motion in table tennis through many ball modification tools. The method used in this research is PTK (Class Action Research) as many as three cycles of research subjects totaling 24 students. The technique of collecting data uses a forehand punch base observation scale. The results showed that the first cycle resulted in an increase of 20.83 %, the second cycle was 41.9 8%, and the third cycle was 65.45 %. The results of the increase have increased by more than 50 % which means that there has been an increase in learning outcomes with the modification tools used. The conclusion from the results of the study is that by using a lot of ball media it will be more effective in the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Gedong Air. Abstrak: Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar gerak dasar pukulan forehand dalam tenis meja melalui alat modifikasi bola banyak. Metode yang dipakai penelitian adalah PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas) sebanyak tiga siklus subjek penelitian berjumlah 24 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala observasi gerak dasar pukulan forehand. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada Siklus pertama menghasilkan peningkatan sebesar 20.83 %, siklus kedua sebesar 41.98 %, dan siklus ketiga 65.45 %. Hasil peningkatan telah meningkat lebih dari 50 % itu artinya sudah terjadi peningkatan hasil pembelajaran dengan alat modifikasi yang digunakan. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian tersebut bahwa dengan menggunakan media bola banyak maka akan lebih efektif pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Gedong Air.Kata Kunci: Tenis Meja, Media Bola Banyak, Pukulan Forehan
