The purpose of this study was to determine the level of the speed of Gaw Mawashi kicks in karate athletes. This study uses an experimental method, the number of research samples is determined by purposive sampling technique, amounting to 30 people. The instrument used was the Mawashi Geri kick speed test. Data analysis technique is t-test analysis. From the research results obtained t count t table (6.796 2.145) and Sig, (2-tailed) (0.000 0.05), meaning that there is a significant influence on the power exercise using the media on the speed of the Mawashi Geri kick.
