EVALUASI PROGRAM PEMBINAAN KELAS KHUSUS OLAHRAGA SMA NEGERI 8 KOTA BEKASI

The purpose of this study to determine the achievements coaching program specific class exercise undertaken by SMA 8 Kota Bekasi using CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, and Product). By using the CIPP method raised by Daniel L. Stuflebeam that evaluation in the Context discussion of the background of the program and objectives of the coaching program. Input evaluation discussion of the acceptance of athletes, coaches, funds, facilities and infrastructure. Process evaluation discussion on the implementation of the training program, consumption / nutrition, coordination and communication. Product evaluation is the result of performance achievements that can be on a special class sports coaching achievements of SMA 8 Bekasi. Results of this study was obtained from interviews, observations (observation) and study investigators obtained documentation that program special class sports performance coaching high school sports 8 Bekasi City State has implemented processes and procedures of sports performance coaching program in general. However, in practice constrained by terms in the form of funds, training facilities and infrastructure as well as other facilities that can support the training program. The importance of communication and coordination of sports stakeholders have not run as expected in the search for donors both local governments and private parties. The conclusion that: (1) sports performance coaching program specific class sport can be used as a model of coaching achievement in public schools, (2) Support funding, facilities and infrastructure are very important in supporting the achievement, so we need the support of sports stakeholders both government and private sector in the area meet those needs
