Fabrication of a ZnO pseudo single crystalline film was tried on normal glass substrates by using a two-step method, including seed layer formation by dip-coating and the subsequent growth by using chemical bath deposition method (CBD). ZnO hexagonal particles were used in the seeded substrate, which was fabricated by dipping the substrate in a suspension using a dip-coater. After fabricating a well-ordered seeded substrate, growth was done by two different methods. In each method, there were different features. Aqueous solvent method favored in growth of rod-shaped particles (c-axis growth). Whereas in alcoholic solvent method, growth favored in a- and b-axes. In both methods concentration of the precursor played an important role
