The text refers to research of Completion Work of this Course that aimed to understand the Institutional Scholarship Program for Initiation to Teaching (PIBID) from the perspective of supervising teachers of basic education schools in the municipality of Humaitá - AM, in order to contribute to the teaching professionalization of future teachers and with the actions of Pibid in public schools.
