The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of copensation, motivation, and work discipline on work productivity performance at CV Mandiri Perkasa Utama Ponorogo. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with data collection methods used are field research, namely questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The population and sample in this study were all 37 employees of CV Mandiri Perkasa Utama Ponorogo. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 37 respondents. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, T test, and F test.
