This study aims to determine how the influence of discipline, motivation and work environment on the performance of JNE Ponorogo expedition employees. This study uses quantitative methods with primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires and secondary data obtained from JNE Ponorogo data. The population in this study were JNE Ponorogo employees. The technique used in this sampling is a saturated sample.
