Les techniques de tri cellulaire sont variées et permettent des progrès pour la recherche en biologie cellulaire. Parmi celles-ci, l‘électro-manipulation par « diélectrophorèse » a prouvé, implémentée au sein de différents microsystèmes, son aptitude à trier des cellules. Lors de notre étude, nous avons exploité le domaine des Ultras Hautes Fréquences pour le développement d‘un cytomètre électromagnétique microfluidique afin de pouvoir cibler, trier et isoler des cellules souches cancéreuses présentes au sein d‘une population de cellules pathologiques au phénotype différencié.
