Après avoir annoncé la disparition des droits de plantation à la fin de l’OCM-vin 2008, la Commission européenne fait marche arrière : les droits seront sauvés sous l’OCM-vin 2013, mais sous la forme d’autorisations de plantations à partir du 01/01/2016, ce qui n’est pas la même chose. Ces droits, présents en France depuis 1936, régulent le potentiel de production viticole, car cette dernière est bien particulière en raison de la nature pérenne de la vigne.
