Add to ORKGLes exploitations bovines et ovines laitières biologiques évoluent dans un contexte incertain et risqué caractérisé par de multiples perturbations. Ce contexte pose la question de leur résilience, c’est-à-dire de leur capacité à faire face à ces perturbations. Ce travail de thèse vise à caractériser les facteurs de la résilience des élevages laitiers biologiques. Quatre dispositifs ont permis de croiser analyses qualitatives et quantitatives dans une approche interdisciplinaire de l’exploitation agricole. Différents facteurs de résilience ont été mis en évidence: l’orientation vers des systèmes herbagers autonomes et économes, la structuration des filières, l’assurance de prix stables et rémunérateurs.
