Cette thèse de doctorat en architecture s'inscrit dans le champ des recherches sur les phénomènes sensibles et les environnements vécus menées par le laboratoire AAU et l'équipe CRESSON depuis plusieurs années. Ce travail a plus spécifiquement pour objet l'étude de l'espace sonore en tant que paramètre de l'environnement physique et de la qualité de vie des espaces qui y sont associés. Ainsi, partant de l'espace sonore, nous avons tenté d'élargir les interrogations induites par la prise en compte des phénomènes physiques afin d'y faire rentrer d'autres considérations tout aussi importantes pour la qualité des espaces vécus - à travers le lien social, la notion d'intimité, les rapports de perception proches et lointaines ou plus largement l'...
