Le dépistage automatique des anomalies oculaires, en analysant les photographies du fond d’oeil, est une piste prometteuse pour faire face à la pénurie d’ophtalmologistes et ainsi éviter la cécité. Dans cette thèse, nous visons à développer un algorithme permettant de détecter toutes les photographies du fond d’oeil présentant au moins un signe pathologique. Dans un premier temps, nous nous sommes intéressés aux techniques d’apprentissage semi-supervisées basées sur les modèles génératifs adversaires. Ces méthodes visent à générer une image artificielle d’aspect normal s’approchant au maximum de l’image à analyser.
