Dans le système nerveux central (SNC), la formation de la myéline par les oligodendrocytes (OL) est orchestrée par la dynamique du cytosquelette d’actine. L’extension et l’enroulement des prolongements des OL autour de l’axone nécessitent une régulation du processus de polymérisation-dépolymérisation de l’actine ; essentielle pour la myélinisation. Cependant, les mécanismes moléculaires déclenchant ce processus restent inconnus.
